There are several advantages in DC bus architectures, particularly energy savings and emission reduction. There are still no standard solutions, but you can design and build energy-efficient DC applications with robust DEIF PLC/PAC devices such as the AMC 600, or you can get a specially engineered solution that covers your requirements to the letter. 

We work closely with leading inverter manufacturers, ensuring an integrated and reliable control solution, and we follow your vessel from design to operation to ensure that everything works as expected. 

Like an AC power architecture, a DC solution can be expanded to a low-emission, fuel-efficient hybrid solution by integrating batteries, fuel cells, or shore power. DC buses are well suited for this, as batteries and fuel cells are DC sources.
