DEIF is proud to present a brand new series of single genset controllers, the SGC series, at this week’s Middle East Electricity exhibition in Dubai. The SGC is specially designed to meet the needs of OEMs and genset packagers. A high-quality yet affordable controller that fully lives up to the DEIF brand. SGC 110/120

The Single Genset Controller 110/120 is a cost-competitive but high-quality controller range for standby applications. Modern genset controllers with a user-friendly interface and full LCD graphics.

The microprocessor-based control units have been created to meet the requirements of the OEM industry and feature manual or auto start, protection and control of engines and gensets.

The SGC modules monitor engine speed, frequency, voltage, and engine running hours, as well as warning and shutdown status of the engine or genset. They offer voltage and frequency measurement for mains as well as for genset and electrical load measurement (true RMS).

The controller is a highly versatile product with both fixed and flexible user-configurable inputs and outputs, enabling users to adapt the unit for a wide range of applications.

MODBUS over RS485 and CAN ports are provided for supporting the remote communication.

The controllers can communicate with DEIF’s configuration software (Microsoft Windows-based) via a type B USB port, giving access to configure each parameter with a PC.

Remote Start/Stop feature is provided, through which one can control the start/stop actions of the genset remotely.

SGC 420

The Single Genset Controller (SGC 420) is a cost-competitive but high-quality controller range for standby applications. A modern AMF genset controller with a user-friendly HMI and full graphic LCD.

The microprocessor-based control units have been created to meet the requirements of the OEM industry and feature manual or auto start, protection and control of electronic and non-electronic gensets, as well as Automatic Mains Failure (AMF).

The SGC modules monitor engine speed and safety, electrical load, frequency, voltage, and engine running hours, as well as warning and shutdown status of the engine or genset. Site battery backup voltage and shelter temperature to reduce fuel consumption.

The controller is a highly versatile product with both fixed and flexible user-configurable inputs and outputs, enabling users to adapt the unit for a wide range of applications.
