DEIF Wind Power Customer Satisfaction Survey 2016
We would like to thank all of our loyal customers and partners who has taken the time to help us and answered the customer satisfaction survey for 2016. The survey shows an increase from 2015 to 2016 in the overall satisfaction rate from 5,7 to 6,2 and in loyalty from 5,8 to 6,3. We have especially received a positive feedback on our solutions, products, service and support.
We are proud to see that our strong focus on building partnerships is giving a positive feedback as we have a strong focus on building long-term partnerships to secure the best solutions for our customers
