DEIF recently conducted a customer satisfaction survey among our +1,600 largest accounts resulting in a new high score. From an already high level, we managed to raise the bar and increase the overall customer satisfaction to 6.1 on a 1-7 scale. A strong result which we allow ourselves to be proud of.
