Return a product
If you want to return a DEIF product to us, please follow this procedure:

Open the form ‘Notification of product deficiency’ |

Complete the form to the best of your ability (to speed up handling please provide as many details as possible) |

Print the form and enclose it with the product you are returning to us |

Send the product and form to DEIF A/S, Frisenborgvej 33, DK-7800 Skive (customers in China, please use our local service center in Shanghai) |
In addition, we have a certified service center in Singapore that can deliver certain spareparts.
