I have a bachelor in business management and have been working since 1998, when I started my professional life as a data entry operator.
I’ve been working in 4-5 companies. In my last job I used to take care of day-to-day accounting and HR.
Through a common friend I came to know about DEIF when there was an opening for a position of receptionist/accounting. I joined in April 2009. Here I also take care of day-to-day accounting, logistics, consignments that come to India, customs clearances, and dispatches to customers. Apart from that, I also take care of problems in IT, with the help of IT in Skive. Quite a lot of different things. Sometimes, when it all comes together at the same time, it can be difficult to handle. But usually, everybody is busy in DEIF. Business grows quite fast.
Here in Mumbai we take care of Power & Control and Marine & Offshore. We’re 10 employees but we also have sales offices in Bangalore and Delhi and four people in the global support team. DEIF Wind Power Technology also has an office near Chennai.
DEIF is one of the best jobs I have had. The culture is quite open. You can just discuss and talk about what problems you’re facing. There’s an open door policy and you don’t feel scared to say, “I don’t know.”
